Do you accept insurance?  We can provide you with a super bill for your codes for you to send in to your insurance company, if you have insurance coverage.  Along with today's high deductibles, and insurance costs, the extensive time and level of care that I spend with you working on your health frequently isn't covered by insurance.  But, many of my patients feel that it's worth and would rather pay out of pocket for our care, and invest in their health, because the time we spend together on your health helps us to really make sure that we're treating the underlying causes of your symptoms - rather than just medicating them. I prefer to look at this as we're investing in your long term health by giving you the tools and knowledge that you'll use for the long run.   Therefore, please pay at the time of service.   Luckily, we have several different payment options available, to hopefully make it a little easier on your monthly budget.

Do you accept Medicare or Medicaid?  Dr. Gagliardi's services are not covered or reimbursed by Medicare or Medicaid

She also frequently consults with conventional medicine specialists on behalf of her patients as part of their ongoing care.

Does Dr. Gagliardi treat children?  Dr. Gagliardi will see children that are at least 5 years old for non-acute health concerns and wellness visits.

How many visits will I need?

If you are accepted into our practice as a patient, we make a commitment to you, to assist you in your wellness goals to the best of our abilities.  Because healing and wellness is a process, we work with you to design a program that is tailored for you.

Why the old fashioned approach including home visits?

I have found that in over a decade of experience, that seeing you in the office even once a month is not enough for long term wellness.  I find that a concentrated effort of getting all the basics in order (diet, lifestyle, stress, sleep, etc) goes along way towards creating a healthy you.  More frequent visits at the start also gives us the time needed to set you up for success in these areas, in making changes that are gradual and step-by-step so that you can adopt the changes towards a healthier lifestyle in bite-sized bits. Also, I can work with you as you implement these changes - instead of receiving a treatment plan of 20 things that you're expected to do (by yourself) before your next visit in a month.  The difference is...I'm there to help you ease into the changes needed to improve your health, and have the experience of knowing what works (and doesn't work) to make it a much easier task.
